Returns Policy

At Busy Bee Garden Centre, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our returns policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please read the following carefully.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. You must notify us of your intention to return the item by email within this period.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps. If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. plants, seeds, bulbs) unless faulty or covered by our Hardy Plant Gaurentee*

  • Customised or made-to-order item

  • Gift cards

We are so confident that our hardy plants are of the best quallity. As such we gaurentee that your hardy plants will thrive if cared for correctly.

Our Hardy Plant Guarentee ensures that if your hardy plant dies within 2 years and through no fault of your own, we will replace it.

To enact your gaurentee we require:

Your valid proof of purchase

We may need pictures to diagnose the problem

We may require the plant to be returned
